About the Owner

Kala R. Dennis has over twenty years of diverse business management, human resource, and executive experience in local, state, and the federal government sector. Since opening in 2014, she has led many businesses and civic organizations across the United States to success by creating, advertising, and marketing their brand. Kala provides consultations, training, strategic planning, organizational leadership and development to employers. She has editorial and publication experience...Oftentimes, Kala professionally writes articles in the Union Springs Herald, where she previously was employed. Kala's skills has led her to obtain a federal secret clearance. 

 

Kala develops programs for business owners to enhance employee relations and offered employee support to each staff member. She utilizes comprehensive knowledge in the range of laws, policies, regulations, precedents, and industry standards applicable to human resources development to strategize, plan, coordinate, and establish operating methods and procedures. Kala has created innovative ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction.

 

Globally, Kala develops businesses by providing business owners and leaders the tools needed to become compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. She has investigated large businesses and enforced wage and hour violations.

Kala's customers gave her the slogan, "Kala Does It All" because she is multi-talented. She is educated and a critical thinker. Kala is passionate about educating and leading organizations to success. She encourages small business owners to motivate themselves and think positively. One of Kala's favorite Bible verses is, "With God all things are possible." ~ Matthew 19:26

Kala is considered a Travel Planning Expert with her host agency, Inteletravel (Travel with KD). Her website is kaladennis.inteletravel.com. She provides travel consultations, lodging accommodations, passports, travel insurance, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, car rentals to individuals and groups.

 

Currently, Kala is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Global Leadership, Organizational Development from Troy University. Kala graduated from Troy University with a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management in May 2021 and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Entrepreneurship. In the early 2000s, Kala studied Accounting and Computer Information Systems at her favorite HBCU, Alabama State University.

 

Kala serves in many auxiliaries at her church, Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Union Springs, Alabama. The keys to her success are her devotion to God, family, continuous service, and love.
